EDEN ARISTON

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By engaging Eden Ariston for services or products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. OUR SERVICES
Eden Ariston provides professional services and products to clients across Australia. The specific scope of services will be outlined in a separate quote, proposal, or work order.
3. QUOTES AND ESTIMATES
All quotes provided by Eden Ariston are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time and may be revised if the scope of work changes. A quote is not a binding contract until accepted in writing by both parties.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 10% per annum calculated daily. Eden Ariston reserves the right to suspend services for accounts that are more than 30 days overdue.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eden Ariston's liability for any loss or damage arising from the provision of services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. Eden Ariston is not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss.
8. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property created by Eden Ariston in the course of providing services remains the property of Eden Ariston.
10. PORTFOLIO USE
Eden Ariston may photograph or document completed work for use in my portfolio and marketing materials. I will seek your consent before using images that identify your premises or personal details.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before escalating to formal proceedings. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to mediation in Victoria.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
13. CHANGES TO TERMS
Eden Ariston may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available at www.edenariston.com.au. Continued use of my services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
